Definition of “BILL”
A bill of sale is a legal document made by a 'seller' to a purchaser, reporting that on a specific date, at a specific locality, and for a particular sum of money or other "value received", the seller sold to the purchaser a specific item of personal, or parcel of real, property of which he had lawful possession. It is a written instrument which evidences the transfer of title to personal property from the vendor, seller, to the vendee, buyer.
But my opinion, bill is a document evidencing one party’s indebtedness to another, such as an invoice. Or Statement of money owed for goods and services or piece of paper money. And the function of bill are as a tool to facilitate the assignment and as proof of assignment. And in the bill, we can find the date and time on the moment we ate or visited the Restaurant. And then in the bill too, we can find of the number table.
If we were talking about “bill”, I had a short stories about “bill”, one week ago I and My family went to “Bambu Haur Restaurant”, it was located in Jalan Baru Sentul , it was a fish restaurant but I and My Family ordered seven fried rice, because it was
one of favorite food for us. For example we choose special fried rice, squid fried rice and then chicken fried rice.
And My opinion, that was food very delicious and nice tasted, but it was not my opinion my family agree with me too. After that, it was rain has just fallen so I ordered a hot cappuccino and it made my body to became warm. My little sister rather than ordered hot lime, and she liked it but I think it sour taste, I did not what she felt when she drank it.
Finally, it was time to go home and to paid to cashier, and the waiter gave a bill to us. And I think it was not cheap because if I ate fried rice in the other place, it price eight thousand rupiah but there we must paid the fried rice twenty thousand rupiah.
Please, do not forget to paid the tax, because it was very important. And the tax is ten percent from totally price, but it was price suitable with the foods, the place, and the served. And I did not forget it memories. I and my family felt very satisfied. And now, the bill always were saving in my wallet and it was remember sign to me to became economic in spend of money.

Definition of “ADVERTISEMENT”
Advertising is a form of communication intended to persuade an audience (viewers, readers or listeners) to purchase or take some action upon products, ideals, or services. It includes the name of a product or service and how that product or service could benefit the consumer, to persuade a target market to purchase or to consume that particular brand. These brands are usually paid for or identified through sponsors and viewed via various media. Advertising can also serve to communicate an idea to a large number of people in an attempt to convince them to take a certain action. My opinion about that notice in a newspaper or on television, etc and telling people about a product, job or service.
This is an example of advertisement that is a famous product from “PANASONIC”. It is ALOWA refrigerator with the technology complete eco compressor and remain reliable electricity consumption thirty percent lower. PANASONIC is a product name
in an effort to associate related qualities and with the brand it can be make a consumer believe and buy the product.
Panasonic has strategy to pull public attention by providing many benefits, and if we buy a refrigerator is one advantage that we can is to hold more water bottles that are large and the availability of storage of fruits and vegetables bigger and broader and it’s size watt lower.
Advertisement of refrigerator is filled with interesting colors that can make eye fixed on the advertisement. And then, it the carrying of slogan "muatnya nambah, watt nya rendah" to make consumers want to prove it and the one way that only buy the product it.

WHAT IS A BROCHURE?
The brochure is one of the best ways to present your company. There are tri-fold brochures used to advertise a new product or service that your company offers, or there are bi-fold folders that are used to present your company projects outside or inside it. A well designed brochure is the best way to introduce your company to your potential customers.
A brochure has three functions: Informative function: a brochure is usually used to inform your potential customers with regards to your company. This information is related to your company presentation, a new product or service that your company offers, or a recent change in your company name, etc. Advertising function: a brochure is really important as an advertising tool, which attractively allows you to promote one or more products or services.
For further details this function will be analyzed in the section called Advertising aspect. Identification function: a well-done brochure design allows you to maintain a same criterion through all your company brochures. If this criterion (sometimes called concept) is unified in all the brochure types, it will make your company to be recognized automatically. It will give to your company prestige and credibility. It is important for your company brochure not only have a “concept”, but also to have a logo: a well designed logo is essential for any company, is one of the first steps to start an advertising campaign.
I have a new brochure, this brochure informs a well-known bank that offers plenty of inspiration to your needs, this brochure contains the advantage if we want to save money in the bank. This brochure is very useful for potential customers to invest their money so that can be stored safety.
Even this brochure is very useful for someone who has his own business because the bank offers a range of business transaction information from the mutation beginning of the month until the end of the month are clearly and accurately, and concludes with statements of income and expenditure at the end of the month, and continue to repeat for the following months. How to be a customer in the bank even this is easy, simply by completing the account opening application form, attach a photo copy of ID card / driving license / PASSPORT and specially for foreign citizens are equipped with KIMS, Permits, KITAP and last initial deposit
must be for one million rupiah. In essence all that is around us brochures contain any information which is very important and beneficial for all of us.

Mobile Phones: Good or bad?
Everywhere you go nowadays, you see people using mobile phones. From school children to retired people, you see them talking in the supermarket, on bus, in the street, on public transportation, everywhere!
Especially my friend childhood, we met in bus shelter yesterday. Her name is Maya, but we usually call her Mae. She is nineteen years old, with long straight black hair , fair skin, she is quite tall for the girls at her age. She is wearing pink T-Shirt, with short sleeves, blue jeans, and pink shoes.
She is a funny girl, kindness, and pretty. She looked very busy with her mobile phone, and I asked her “What are the advantages of mobile phones for you?”, and she answered my question, she told me that was they are very convenient because you can phone from nearly anywhere. Another advantage was that they are really useful in emergency situations.
For example, if you are alone in your public transportation and it breaks down, you can also use your mobile phone to text your friends or connect to the Net. And I agree with her, and then she explain the disadvantages of mobile phones, that was such as the cost. Mobile phone calls cost more than normal calls. Furthermore, it can be annoying if you are on bus or public transportation and you have to listen to someone else’s boring conversation. Finally , people can contact you anywhere, at any time, unless you switch your phone off!
In conclusion, there are both advantages and disadvantages. Personally, she fells mobile phones are a good thing because they give us more freedom and make communication easier. And I think her opinion same with my mind, and I am so happy can meet her again and talking about it.

DISASTER
A natural disaster is a natural event with catastrophic consequences for living things in the vicinity. The human death toll resulting from natural disasters, however, depends on many factors which are not "natural" - emergency preparedness, for example. This understanding is crystallized in the formulation: "disasters occur when hazards meet vulnerability".
Natural disasters are a consequence of a combination of natural events (a physical event, such as volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, landslides) and human activity. Due to the powerlessness of human beings, due to lack of good emergency management, causing losses in financial and structural, even until death. The resulting loss depends on the ability to prevent or avoid disasters and their durability. This understanding is associated with the statement: "The disaster comes when the threat of danger met with powerlessness." Thus, the activity of a dangerous nature will not be a natural disaster in areas without human powerlessness, as earthquakes in uninhabited areas. Consequently, the use of the term "nature" is also challenged because the event is not only a danger or catastrophe without human involvement. The amount of potential
losses also depend on the shape of the dangers of its own, ranging from fires, which threaten individual buildings, to large meteor collision events that have the potential to end civilization of mankind.
However, in areas with high hazard rate (hazard) and has a susceptibility / vulnerability (vulnerability) are also high will not give a great impact / area if people who were there have the resilience to disasters (disaster resilience). The concept of disaster resilience is a valuation system capabilities and infrastructure to detect, prevent and deal with serious challenges that are present. Thus, although the disaster-prone area with a large population when matched with adequate endure disaster.

Up in Smoke
Disease is a term for any condition that impairs the normal functioning of an organism or body. Diseases can be classified into three general groups. There are conditions that are infectious, or extrinsic, meaning that they are caused by an infection through which a virus, bacterium, or other parasite enters the body.
I have one story about diseases of my friend. He began to smoke in high school. His friends smoked. His parents smoked. It seems to be a natural, “adult” thing to do. Nicotine is a drug; as a result, cigarettes cause a powerful addiction.
Then two things happened. First, he started to cough. He thought it was just a cold, but it did not get better. Second, he got lung cancer and he very shocked. Then he tried the “Stop Smoking” program at a hospital. It was not easy. For the first two months He thought about cigarette all the time. He did not sleep well. He ate a lot and gained ten pounds. He was nervous, and my hands shook. He became angry very easily not only at important things but also small ones. The effect of the nicotine was amazing.
So, basically a lot of dangers posed when we smoke, including my friend damaged his lungs, and it made him hard to breathe and she had to be hospitalized. He very slowly started to lose his need for cigarettes. His cough disappeared. Sleep was not a problem anymore. He became calmer. And when he exercised, he had more energy. He feel better now. He do not always think about cigarettes again.

Friendship in our life
Everyone will not be able to live alone, they would socialize and need help from others. In this life, we must know each other, each one of us to meet and acquainted with someone the friendship would be established. We find a friend is easy only smiles and handshakes, the relations of friendship ensued but the most difficult thing in friendship is how we can maintain the friendship that already exists. Friend it means a person who is outside of us who know us and pleased to talk with us they could be anyone, could our parents, siblings, neighbors, etc. Friends are people who do not make us feel bad and do not make us bad, friend is someone who makes us think positively and make us want to be better again.
Someone can have friendships with others due to several factors one of which is the comfort factor and the match between each other. In any friendship we will learn about the meaning of family, happy and sad together, laughed and cried together. But sometimes friendships can turn into enemies because of differences of opinion or principle, or loss of confidence. I hope the friendship that you have lived will not end with the word "separation".

“BUMI CINTA”
The last book I read a novel is "Bumi Cinta", the story takes place in the Russia. This story is so amazing, and it was so real and so alive. The main character of this story is "ayyas" a young man who went to school in India are conducting research in the Russian state to obtain a master's degree. Ayyas have a friend who lived long in Russia, he was named Devit. Ayyas very shocked when he knew the fact that "Devit" has embraced free lifestyle and lived with the girl who was not his wife. Ayyas also had Devit almost angry when he knew that his friend was to find an apartment and in it there are two female albino named Linor and Yelena.
Actually, he disagree because he is accustomed to living with traditional eastern and uphold religious values that he embraced Islam but finally he was forced to live in an apartment together with Linor and Yelena. Linor is an agent of Zionist Israel and Yelena is a top hooker in the country, they both have a beauty face that makes men powerless not to chuckle in awe admiring her beauty.
Ayyas was a normal man who easily be tempted by beauty of womanhood. Ayyas was reconcilable with a beautiful, young, and intelligent which is a mentor in the conduct of research. Positive thing that I can take from this novel is when we have
dreams and aspirations despite the chase that dream to go to a distant country and continue to keep our faith wherever and whenever we are. Because the more faith we want to strengthen the faith of the more tempting it was also approached. Ayyas character too, he was a young man who never gave up and still submit to Allah.

If I beside her, I feel comfort because her hands are always gentle and shooting me, her arms are always warm and tender. Her heart is large enough to hold everyone pain and joy. She works hard to make a home feel like home, and she strives to make life pleasant and comfortable for those she loves especially her husband and children. She is always there for her family guiding them and keeping them safe from harm. If I have something problem and I feel desperate, she owns a magical way to raise spirits and make everything feel better. And her sympathy, unselfishness and forgiveness are unending. She likes a teacher for me, she instills the teachings that will last a lifetime. She is always watching and hoping that her children goal will have meaning. She always listens and tries to understand even when it is difficult to do so. She is a true friend in every sense of the word. WHAT DO YOU THINK SUCCESS MEANS
What is true success? People know what success is and who are successful. But they may not be able to tell you clearly who is a successful person and what constitutes success. You will know in the later part of our discussion why people have such difficulty in defining success. For now let us focus on what success means to different people.
Success is a relative term. There is another angle to success. Your concept of success is deeply connected with your values and beliefs. If your value system says having money is the most important thing in life, then you will deem that as success. But if your value system says that apart from having money, peace, stability, integrity, happiness and contentment are also important, it presents an entirely different picture of success to you. Some people are extremely wealthy, but not happy. Some people are plain ordinary, but very happy and secure. Some people make lots of money, but do not save much. Some people do not make lots of money, but save a great deal of
what they earn. Some people live with scarcity mentality even after they become rich. Some people spend with a generous heart, even if they have limited means. We do not know whether we should call one or the other successful because we are not sure how far their life styles and their individual habits contribute to their success or sense of well being.
Now what is the most common factor in all the above definitions of success? These definitions view success in terms of achievement, accomplishment, fulfillment and attainment. They allude to having something, which you dearly wanted or which gives you an advantage over others or which adds to your status, power and prestige. In short, they tell you that success means realizing whatever goal or dream you set your mind upon, from which you derive a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment.
Many people are not sure whether they are successful or not because they do not have goals. When you do not have clearly defined goals, it is difficult for you to know whether you are successful or not. You may have vague expectations, but they do not give you a true measure of your success. So it is important that you set clearly defined goals for your life or your career and work for them.

Fall For You
Because that song make me reminds to someone who I know by social networking face book, actually we have one school but we different class and majors program. Before we met on face book, I just knew his face without his familiar name, but face book is make we became intimate and friendship relationships, he often sharing about anything, I feel the same way.
One day, on my birthday, he sent something on my face book incoming message, which contains a strange song for me. Arises curiosity in me, finally I was find who owns the lyrics of the song, it turns out the owner of the lyrics of the song is an independent band originating from the United States that called secondhand serenade,
I had to download the song. The song is nice to be heard, but after he sent the lyrics of the song through my incoming messages, he just disappeared on face book social networking, but actually the case is I wanted to ask the reason why he sent the lyrics of the song. The song became start for me to like to secondhand band, and the song as well as mark the end of our friendships on face book, because at school we rarely see much less greet each.
He was a nobody to me, but less than six months of our relationship establishes this friendship, I got a lot of memories that I can not forget about him, including this song "fall for you". So, if I heard this song, I would immediately remember him. Because he was who first introduced the song to me, and this song is one of my favorite songs.

AFF CHAMPION
The game of football is any of several similar team sports, of similar origins which involve, to varying degrees, kicking a ball with the foot in an attempt to score a goal. The most popular of these sports worldwide is association football, more commonly known as just "football" or "soccer". The game of football is a contact sport. The whole field contains twenty two players ( including offense and defense.) A player wears ten to twelve pieces of protective equipment.
Yesterday, we can saw the game AFF football in television. ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) is a subset of nations within the Asian Football Confederation from Southeast Asia.
On Sunday ago, semi-final rounds, Indonesia against Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. The temperature in the National Stadium is beginning to heat up even though there’s still a good three hours before the kick-off of the eagerly anticipated AFF Suzuki Cup two thousand and ten final between Malaysia and Indonesia
The fans began gathering around Bukit Jalil from around noon and the numbers have increasing significantly since. At around four pm (Malaysian time) the gates were opened to allow the fans into the grand eighty thousand capacity stadium.
Despite the massive rivalry between the two nations, it was great to see fans from both sides walking side by side as they made their way towards the stadium. As of five pm, over twenty thousand fans had already taken up positions inside. The match kicks-off at eight pm.
A sea of yellow and red fans witnessed an explosive first-leg AFF Suzuki Cup two thousand and ten final that saw Malaysia storm to a sensational three-zero win on Boxing Day over arch-rivals Indonesia at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil
Indonesia, led by strikers Christian Gonzalez and Yongky Ari Bowo, threw in everything they had and had several looks at goal but failed to convert any of them. In the last ten minutes, Indonesia missed out on turning in at least one of the two free kicks they had. One goal from Indonesia here where the away goals rules apply, would make a world of difference when they host Malaysia in Jakarta in three days
Three days later, precisely on twenty nine December, Indonesia and Malaysia met again to compete at the Bung Karno Stadium. But victory remains on hold by the team of Malaysia, and those who get these trophies. Although Indonesia was essentially won in the score that night.

What do you think about Final Exam?
As a student, my opinion is that examinations, whether midterm or final, should not be used as punishments for students. Both types of examinations are supposed to be comprehensive assessments of knowledge and skills gained through that point of the semester. Many high school teachers and college professors offer exemption from a final exam as a reward for students who accumulate enough points to reach an “A” by the end of the semester. For students who have not done this, the final exam is an opportunity to boost one’s grade by demonstrating knowledge and skill at a level that has not been previously demonstrated by completion of assignments.
I think final tests are important, because they show what students have learned. In class students know they have a final test. They prepare by studying the material. It gives them a reason to study the material again. The more they review the key terms the more likely they will remember it forever.
Final exams also give students a reason to do daily work. By doing daily work they are practicing the skills they need to learn. Final exams show the skills students have
gained through the class. It's also a great way to assess where students may be struggling (comprehension, vocabulary, etc.)
The final exams are needed to find out the extent of learning of each students. Such measurement of learning of student is helpful to student themselves. Much more than that, it provides a information to others about proficiency and learning of individuals.
